Welcome to the Indy Sports Foundation!

The Indy Sports Foundation, originally a part of the Indianapolis Athletic Club, was formed in 1983 as a 501(c) charitable organization. Since the demise of the Athletic Club, the Foundation has since moved to the Columbia Club to continue the mission of promoting community, sports and assisting youth, while also benefiting and enhancing the Columbia Club's athletic environment.

While the Foundation does sponsor various events around the Central Indiana area, the largest of these are the various activities held for the annual Indianapolis' St. Patrick's Day celebration, which includes a parade, a run/walk, recognition lunch for Irish Citizen of the Year, and the greening of the downtown canal.
